AOIC announces partnership with University Concert Hall, Limerick

The Association of Irish Choirs is delighted to announce that it has been invited to become an artistic partner of UCH, the concert hall in the University of Limerick, and will move its office and operations to the UL campus.  

This development offers significant opportunities for AOIC to broaden its range of services to members, to expand its outreach and schools’ programmes in association with the UCH participation and learning department and to develop partnerships with other national, cultural and educational organisations based in UL. It is anticipated that AOIC will also develop joint initiatives and performances with UCH over the coming years. 

AOIC will move to its new premises before the end of 2009. While the Association will be moving its operations to Limerick, it will continue to provide its programme of events on a nationwide basis.
