Belle Voci

Belle Voci is an all-female choir based in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. Originally called the Glory Day Singers, the choir moved on under the baton of Kevin O’Carroll from its original ethos to encompass a wider-ranging repertoire of popular and traditional songs. With Kevin leaving for new horizons, the thirty-odd members welcomed Eamon O’Malley in September as their new Musical Director. Practice is every Monday evening from 7.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m. in Ferryhouse Church on the outskirts of Clonmel and the choir sings at Mass every second Sunday. The choir stages at least two annual concerts (Christmas and Summer) and organises social events during the year (an evening out in the winter and a summer BBQ, for example). It is also available to perform at weddings and similar occasions.
