Masterclass for Conductors
Masterclass with Brady Allred, Sunday 2nd May 2010
The Association of Irish Choirs, in conjunction with Cork International Choral Festival will present a Masterclass for Conductors with Brady Allred, on 2nd May 2010 in Cork CIT School of Music.
Applciations are now invited from established conductors wishing to improve their skills and techniques, to work at a high level under the guidance of this highly regarded conductor and teacher and direct the Irish choir, Tribal Chamber Choir from Galway st the masterclass. Each conductor will be expected to have prepared music in advance and will be allowed at least 40 minutes’ stand time.
Conductors interested in active participation in the masterclass should write a letter of application, stating why they feel they should be offered a place at the masterclass, and what the experience would mean to their career, along with a cv of their conducting history to date, including any training received.
This masterclass is offered in association with Cork CIT School of Music.
Closing date for receipt of applications is Monday 19 April 2010. Applications should be sent to AOIC, University Concert Hall, Foundation Building, University or Limerick or emailed to info@cnc.ie
