The Official opening of the Limerick Choral Festival 2012 will be held in the Augustinian Church on O’Connell Street, Limerick on Friday 2nd March commencing at 7.30pm. The concert will consist of Multi-Faith Ceremony; followed by a combined performance of the Watch House Cross Choir, Limerick City & The Mid-West Vocal Academy Community Choir from Lisnagry, Co. Limerick. This will be followed by ‘Cantoral’ a Chant and Sacred Music ensemble from UL directed by Catherine Sergent from Paris.
